Re “Battling Faux Disabilities and Fake Permits” (news article, Oct. 18):
If California can regulate faux disabilities for parking permits, why can’t New York regulate people taking advantage of preferential seating for people with disabilities at sporting events, the theater or concerts? What is the difference?
